Co-op Insurance commissioned me to design an email campaign that could dynamically target both existing customers and prospective policyholders. The goal was to highlight their range of cover options in a way that was clear, engaging, and adaptable for different customer segments.

Challenge
Co-op Insurance asked me to design an email campaign that could flex across customer types. The challenge was to present their diverse cover options in a way that was clear, user-friendly, and adaptable to different audience cateogories.
Approach
I developed a flexible design system in Figma, making full use of components and variables to ensure efficiency and consistency. Reusable modules were created for key elements such as headers, CTAs, and content blocks, while variables for colour, typography, and spacing allowed the designs to be quickly adapted to different audience needs. This modular approach streamlined production, reduced the risk of inconsistencies, and made handover to developers seamless.
Outcome
The result was a dynamic, user-focused campaign design that could scale across multiple customer groups while maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity. By combining clear messaging with adaptable design, the campaign enabled Co-op Insurance to engage both existing and new audiences with tailored, relevant content.
